First Day of School

We are back in school!  Eric was excited this year to finally get to have lunch at school!  Yep, that's why he wanted to go back to school.  Oh and to wear his awesome button up shirts over his under shirt - yes, he's worn his over shirt everyday so far!  He alternates between the two we bought him.  He always wears a fresh shirt underneath - don't worry :)  And he usually takes it of before the end of the day because it's way too hot, but he thinks it's the best thing ever.  I don't know where he gets his sense of style - it's not from his mom, that's for sure!! 

Abby was a little more hesitant to go back to school this year.  She's afraid she won't be perfect and that the work might be hard!  She is also more nervous about fitting in this year.  She  is getting to the age where other people's opinions matter!  Such a sad change from being a carefree youth! 

 Andrew was upset that he didn't get to go with them - and he misses them during the day.  Andrew is a little bored now, but he makes up for it by teasing Ethan and watching Caillou!  The joys of preschool age! :)

 It's going to be a fantastic year!  Abby and Eric both have fabulous teachers. They are both very excited for some challenges.  ;)  Or maybe that's me!  Abby is also doing swim team this year, and Eric is in swim lessons.  Abby will start guitar lessons in September as well. It's going to be a busy year - but I think that will make it go fast too!  Better enjoy the moments!
