The last day of school came.... certainly bittersweet for me...but just SWEET for my kids! They were so excited for our annual "Back to Home Night" We took this tradition from Chris' mom - it's a fun thing to do. We put up a tent, and slept in the backyard.
The kids had a great time jumping on the tramp and setting up their beds in the tent.
Andrew didn't sleep well - he was too busy commenting on all the birds, airplanes, noises and what the kids were doing.... but he eventually fell asleep (but woke up all too early with the sun and bird raucous!
We are excited for summer. As we all sat in the tent, we made a list of all the fun thing we want to do this summer. Including: swimming, friends, sprinklers, camping, Yellowstone, City of Rocks, Mineral Mountain and playing with cousins. I think it will be a great summer!
