On November 8th we celebrated Chris' birthday. All he wanted to do was go for a run (20 miles) and then go hiking at Kolob Canyon. I'd say that is about the most perfect day I can think of!
Kolob Canyon had some pretty amazing views. The park itself isn't very big - but it is stunning!
We had a fun time just taking our time and exploring the trails. There weren't many other visitors, and it was the most perfect temperature!
Andrew and Ethan loved jumping over the logs and rocks and playing in the dirt.
Abby and Chris had a good time just chatting, while the boys played.
I love hiking with my family! It is so wonderful to get to enjoy nature together. There is something about being outdoors that fills my soul with peace and tranquility!
